Floors take more punishment than any other surface in an office, and they are the first thing people see when the elevator doors open.

For hard floors, we scrub, burnish, strip and refinish VCT, clean tile and grout and care for sealed concrete. For carpet, we use hot-water extraction and treat spots and worn traffic lanes.

Floor projects are booked for evenings or weekends, so everything is dry and finished before your team is back.

Every floor type, and what it needs

Vinyl composition tile, the hard-wearing squares in so many Reno office hallways and breakrooms, looks good only as long as its protective coat does. We keep that coat bright with scrubbing and high-speed burnishing, and when the walkways go dull and gray, we strip it away and lay down new coats.

Ceramic and porcelain tile want a machine scrub and patient work on the grout, which darkens long before the tile does. Concrete in warehouse offices, showrooms and gyms is machine scrubbed, then burnished if you like a bit of gloss. Carpet gets hot-water extraction, with spot treatment on the coffee drips and the paths everyone walks.
