Before you move in, we clean the empty suite from the top down: ledges, doors, cabinets inside and out, restrooms, the kitchen, interior glass and floors. After you move out, we give the space the same treatment for a clean handover.

A move-in clean, room by room

An empty suite shows everything. We start up high with ledges, door frames, vents and light fixtures, then work down through cabinets inside and out, window sills, interior glass and baseboards. The kitchen gets its counters, sink, cabinets and appliance interiors, and restrooms are cleaned and sanitized from top to bottom.

Floors come last: carpet vacuumed and hard floors mopped, with extraction or scrubbing added if the last occupant left them tired. By the time your furniture arrives, the suite feels like a fresh start.

Timing the clean around your move

Share your move date first, then the details: when the movers finish, whether furniture or cabling crews are still coming and when keys change hands. Moving into a new office? The suite can roll straight onto regular office cleaning once your team settles in.
