Property managers juggle tenants, vendors and vacancies. The cleaning should be one thing that simply runs.
We clean the common areas tenants share, keep shared restrooms stocked, add porter rounds for busy lobbies and turn vacant suites around for showings.
Buildings downtown, along the Kietzke Lane and Plumas corridor and in South Meadows each get their own written plan.

Evenings, weekends or early mornings: whenever your office is quiet.
Tenants judge a building by its shared spaces. The lobby, elevators, corridors and shared restrooms are cleaned on every visit: glass and directory boards wiped, elevator buttons and rails cleaned, corridors vacuumed and restrooms sanitized and stocked.
Stairwells, entry vestibules and the trash room follow on a set rotation. When a tenant mentions something, your contact hears about it and the plan is updated, so property teams spend less time fielding cleaning calls.
When a tenant leaves, the suite needs to look its best for the next one. A move-out clean takes care of ledges, cabinets, kitchens, restrooms and floors, with carpet extraction added when the last tenant left it worn. Leasing teams can show the space as soon as we finish.
New tenants often ask for a move-in clean of their own, which we schedule right before their furniture arrives.
Multi-tenant offices downtown, along the Kietzke Lane and Plumas corridor and in South Meadows each get their own section of the plan, with porter hours where lobbies stay busy. Lobby floor care runs on weekends, so the building never has to close a hallway during the week.
A small office building with a handful of tenants is often well cared for with common areas cleaned several evenings a week. A busy building with a lobby full of visitors all day does better with nightly cleaning plus a porter at peak times. Shared restrooms always sit on the busier schedule. When occupancy changes, the plan changes with it, and empty floors drop to a light check until they lease.
