Kitchens built for the delivery app.
A ghost kitchen has no dining room to impress anyone, but it still has an audience: the cooks who start the next shift, the drivers who walk in every few minutes and the customers who open a bag at home. When the packing table is sticky or the pickup shelf is crowded with old receipts, orders slow down and mistakes creep in.
Reno Cleaning Co keeps delivery-only kitchens moving. We clean cook lines and prep stations, packaging and pickup areas, driver pickup shelves and the small lobby drivers wait in, walk-in coolers and freezers, and floors and drains, with the deep work done overnight when the apps go quiet.
Delivery-only cooking in Reno.
Reno’s multi-brand delivery kitchens pack many menus, ingredient sets and order tickets into one room. Each brand’s station has its own setup, and the cleaning plan follows that map rather than treating the kitchen as one big line.
The pickup side: shelves, lobby and packing tables.
Packing tables take a beating from sauce cups, drips and stray rice. We clear and sanitize them, wipe down label printers and screens with a lightly dampened cloth, restock bag and lid racks where you ask us to, and sweep the debris that collects under the tables.
Driver pickup shelves and the waiting area get the same care as a small storefront. Shelves are wiped, glass and door handles cleaned, the floor mopped and trash emptied, so drivers find bags in a tidy spot and nobody’s order sits next to yesterday’s spill. A neat pickup area also helps staff spot the right bag at a glance.
Cook lines, cold storage and floors.
Each brand’s station is degreased and sanitized: prep tables, sinks, reach-ins, fryer and griddle exteriors and the wall behind the line. Cold storage comes next: shelves, door gaskets, handles and floors are cleaned in an order that keeps product cold.
High-volume kitchens are hard on floors. We degrease and scrub the quarry tile or sealed concrete, clear and flush the floor drains, and lift and wash the mats. Deeper scrubbing comes through our floor and carpet care service on a cycle that fits your order volume.
Fast turnovers between shifts.
Delivery demand swings from the lunch rush to the late-night window, and the room has to recover in between. Short turnover visits cover the packing tables, the busiest stations, trash, the pickup shelves and a quick floor pass, so the evening crew starts on a clean slate rather than the remains of lunch.
Overnight, the kitchen gets its full clean: every station, the wall behind the line, cold storage, the dish area, restrooms and staff lockers. A short visit note tells the manager what was done and flags anything that needs a repair, like a drain running slow.
How it fits with shared kitchens.
Many delivery brands rent time in shared commercial kitchens rather than leasing a room of their own. If your operation runs that way, our shared kitchen cleaning page covers the renter handoffs and station checklists those kitchens rely on.
Staff spaces count too. Restrooms, hand sinks and the break corner are cleaned and restocked through our restroom care routine, because a crew that works fast all night deserves a clean place to step away.
Planning the work and the price.
The price reflects the number of brand stations, kitchen square footage, order volume, how many walk-ins you have and how many turnover visits you want each day. Overnight work is planned for the hours your apps are paused, and we can hold a light turnover visit at the time of day your kitchen chooses.
A free walkthrough maps each station and the pickup flow, and you receive a written plan and quote for both turnover and overnight visits. Background-checked cleaners do the work, supervisors run quality inspections, and a certificate of insurance comes with every account.
A few useful answers
Common questions
Can the kitchen be cleaned between the lunch and dinner rush?
Yes. A short turnover visit covers packing tables, the busiest stations, trash, pickup shelves and the floor, and the full clean happens overnight.
Will cleaners keep each brand’s station setup intact?
Yes. The plan maps every station, so tools, labels and containers go back exactly where that brand’s cooks expect them.
What happens to the driver pickup area on each visit?
Pickup shelves, the waiting area, door glass and the floor are all cleaned, so drivers find orders in a tidy spot.
