A full breakroom, minus the errands.
A good breakroom is one of those things people only notice when it’s empty. The creamer runs out, somebody stops at the store on the way in, and the receipt sits in a drawer waiting to be reimbursed. Reno Cleaning Co takes the whole routine off your team’s plate: we do the buying, carry everything in, put it away and leave the kitchen orderly.
Pantry restocking is its own service. Book it next to our cleaning or completely apart from it.
Who it suits.
- Offices of every size, from a ten-person suite to a company floor with two kitchens.
- Coworking spaces, where members judge the membership by the coffee bar.
- Clinics and dental practices, whose staff grab quick breaks between patients all day.
- Shops and salons, where staff on long days want bottled water and something quick to eat between customers.
What ends up on the shelves.
The mix is yours to decide. These are the groups we buy from:
- Hot drinks: coffee in pods, ground or whole bean, tea bags, hot cocoa, creamer, milk and sweetener packets.
- Snacks: trail mix, crackers, popcorn, granola and protein bars, chips, a little candy and fresh fruit.
- Cold drinks: sparkling and still water, sodas, juice and iced tea.
- Cups and paper goods: cups and lids, paper plates and bowls, napkins, plastic utensils, coffee filters and stir sticks.
Reno’s air is dry year-round, so water tends to move fastest in summer, and the hot-drink shelf earns its space once the winter mornings turn cold.
Your order, your spending cap.
Setup is a short talk and a look at the kitchen and its cupboards. You tell us what to buy and what to skip, which favorites matter and which diets the order has to cover: gluten-free, dairy-free or vegan. Then you pick a monthly spending cap, and every shopping trip stays under it.
Changes are easy. Anyone can pass a request to your contact, it joins the following order, and the item nobody touches gets swapped for something new.
How a restock visit goes.
You set the rhythm: once a week suits most suites, and bigger teams can add a second stop. We unpack the bags, slide older boxes forward so they get used first, toss anything past its date and load the fridge with cold drinks.
Then the pantry gets a quick tidy: shelves and drawers straightened, the coffee counter wiped, cardboard and packaging carried out for recycling and the fridge shelves put in order. The people who make these visits are background-checked and follow your building’s sign-in and access routine.
Pairing it with your cleaning.
When Reno Cleaning Co already cleans your workplace, the two services slot together. Our breakroom and kitchen cleaning handles counters, sinks, appliance fronts and floors, and the restock can fall on one of those evenings so the room is clean and full for the morning crowd. Offices with a day porter can have the coffee station topped up from the pantry stock at midday as well.
When your cleaning is handled in-house or by another company, restocking simply keeps its own calendar and nothing else in the building changes.
Reno workdays and the breakroom.
Reno workplaces range from software and engineering floors to professional firms downtown and medical offices. Your list is sized to your own crowd: a clinic’s staff room might need quick snacks and bottled water, while a tech floor goes through coffee by the case.
What it costs.
Groceries and drinks stay inside the monthly cap you pick. The service fee is set by headcount, the number of kitchens or breakrooms, the length of the order and how often we come by, and your written quote shows each factor.
For the restroom side of the building, such as tissue, hand towels, soap and dispensers, see our janitorial supplies service. Both can share one schedule and one contact.
A few useful answers
Common questions
A few of us have food allergies. Can you plan for that?
Yes. Allergy and diet details are written into the order before we buy anything, and the gluten-free, dairy-free or vegan choices your people ask for come on every restock.
How often can you restock?
As often as you like. Weekly suits most suites, and busier offices can add a second stop.
Do you need to be our cleaning company too?
No. Restocking stands on its own, whether Reno Cleaning Co, another company or your own staff takes care of the cleaning.
Can someone on our team change the order?
Yes. Tell your contact and the change goes on the next restock, as long as the month stays inside your cap.
