Restrooms that never run short.

Reno Cleaning Co brings in the tissue, towels, soap, sanitizer and bin liners your workplace uses up and hangs the dispensers that hold them. Our crews refill them on cleaning visits, or we deliver stock for your team to load.

Bright Reno office ready for the workday

The empty dispenser nobody planned for.

It usually happens mid-afternoon. A visitor tells the front desk the towel dispenser in the restroom is empty, someone digs through a closet for a spare pack, and the office manager adds one more reorder to a list that never gets shorter. Paper and soap are small purchases, but keeping track of them eats time that belongs to the rest of the job.

Reno Cleaning Co takes that chore over. We bring the restroom and breakroom basics into your building, keep a measured stock on the shelf, load the dispensers and put up new ones wherever a wall is bare. Your team stops counting rolls and starts finding the restrooms ready.

Everything a busy restroom goes through.

The list is short and practical, built around the rooms people use most:

  • Restrooms: toilet tissue, folded or roll hand towels, toilet seat covers and hand soap refills.
  • Breakrooms and kitchens: counter paper towels, a soap refill at the sink, and the right bag in every trash and recycling bin.
  • Lobbies and entries: sanitizer to fill wall-mounted and floor-stand units, and fresh liners in the cans near the door.
  • Back of house: heavy-duty trash bags strong enough for the big containers and the walk out to the dumpster.
  • Dispensers: the units that hold all of the above, supplied by us and mounted on your walls.

Product grade is your call. A law office lobby restroom might want a softer two-ply tissue, while a warehouse locker room wants a high-capacity roll that lasts a full shift.

Refills built into your cleaning nights.

When we already clean your workplace, restocking is simply part of the evening. As the crew works through each restroom, they open the dispensers, top up anything running low and swap in fresh liners as bins are emptied. Our restroom care routine and office cleaning plans already visit every one of those rooms, so supplies arrive without an extra trip.

Because a supervisor does regular quality inspections, supply levels get checked alongside the cleaning itself. A dispenser that keeps emptying early gets flagged, and the stock or the refill rhythm changes before your staff ever notices a gap.

A par level for every restroom.

Guesswork is what makes supplies run out. We set a par level instead: a fixed amount of each product assigned to each restroom and breakroom, sized to its traffic and kept on its own shelf in the supply closet. A two-stall suite restroom needs far less in reserve than a public restroom off a busy lobby.

On every visit the crew counts the closet against those numbers and brings it back up to par. That count also shows which rooms burn through stock fastest, so the levels shift with your real usage, such as a heavier reserve before a big training week or a holiday open house.

Dispensers that match the refills.

Half the frustration with restroom supplies is a refill that does not fit. Buildings collect dispensers from different tenants and decades, and each one takes its own roll size or cartridge. We supply and install dispensers chosen to match the products we stock, mounted where people actually reach for them, beside the sink, by the door and at the entry.

When a dispenser cracks or jams, we replace it. Moving to one matched set across the building also cuts the number of different refills sitting in the closet, which makes the par levels simpler to keep.

Supplies delivered on their own.

Supplies don’t come tied to a cleaning contract. Some Reno workplaces clean in-house, with a building engineer, a staff porter or a team that splits the chores. They can order the identical products from us, delivered on a rhythm you pick and set on the closet shelves for your people to refill.

The par levels still apply, so each delivery is sized to what was used rather than a standing order that piles up boxes. Dispenser installation is available here too.

Where Reno goes through the most paper.

Reno’s workplaces lean hard on their restrooms. Downtown offices host meetings and visitors all day, and medical suites serve patients in full waiting rooms from opening to close.

Classroom buildings run restrooms through every class change, stores see shoppers all weekend, and the distribution centers toward Sparks and the North Valleys empty a dispenser at every shift change. A lecture hall and a loading dock go through paper at very different speeds, so your par levels start from your own building’s traffic.

Fresh stock after a deep clean.

A restroom looks its best right after a commercial restroom deep cleaning, and full dispensers finish the picture. When a deep-clean visit is on the calendar, your supplies come along, so the room is restored and restocked in the same trip:

  • Fixtures descaled and polished
  • Partitions washed on both faces
  • Floors scrubbed and drains flushed
  • Dispensers wiped inside and out, then reloaded
  • High-touch points cleaned and disinfected

It is a handy moment to recount the par level for that room, too, and to swap a tired dispenser for one from the matched set.

One vendor fewer, one reorder gone.

Most facility managers juggle a cleaning company, a paper supplier and a stack of separate invoices. Folding supplies into one plan leaves one contact who knows your restrooms, one schedule and nothing to reorder by hand.

The price of a supply plan comes down to headcount, the count of restrooms and breakrooms, the speed each one goes through product, the grade you settle on and the visit or delivery rhythm, all itemized on your written quote. If you also want the coffee and snacks handled, our breakroom and pantry restocking service runs alongside.

A few useful answers

Common questions

Is a cleaning contract required for supplies?

No. Any Reno workplace can order supplies by themselves. We stock the closet on your schedule and your own team handles the refilling.

Can you replace our old, mismatched dispensers?

Yes. We put up a matched set of dispensers for tissue, towels, soap and sanitizer that take the refills we carry, and broken units get swapped when they fail.

Can restocking happen on a deep-clean visit?

Yes. The crew reloads every dispenser once the deep clean is done, so the restroom is spotless and fully stocked at the same time.

How do you know how much to leave in the supply closet?

Every restroom and breakroom carries a par matched to how busy it is. Crews count the shelf at each visit, top it back up and move the numbers as your usage changes.

Can we pick a softer tissue for the front restrooms?

Yes. Grade is chosen room by room, so guest restrooms can carry a softer product while staff and warehouse restrooms use a high-capacity roll.

What goes into the cost of a supply plan?

Five things: how many people are in the building, how many restrooms it has, how hard each room gets used, which product grade you want and the restock or delivery rhythm. Each one appears on the written quote.
