Reno-area buildings on your books.
Plenty of Reno property is overseen from a regional office in another state or a headquarters across the country. If your firm looks after offices, clinics, warehouses or plant offices in Reno, Sparks, Spanish Springs, Sun Valley or Verdi, you need a cleaning company here that answers to you. Reno Cleaning Co is offering to be that company, with a contract signed between your firm and ours, whether you’re a national operator or a regional one.
The work across this valley is varied. Professional suites and medical and dental buildings sit near the center of town, distribution and manufacturing sites stretch along I-80 and US 395, and coworking floors, schools, churches, gyms, restaurants and apartment common areas fill in the rest. The cleaning plan for each address starts from the standard your client expects there.
Before the first ticket.
Your vendor onboarding probably starts with a document request, so ours does too. Ask for the vendor packet on the Reno Cleaning Co contact form; our operations staff then email the packet straight to your inbox.
Insurance is usually the next question. Reno Cleaning Co’s general liability pays to $1M on a single occurrence, with $2M as the policy’s aggregate cap and umbrella coverage on top of that, and we carry workers’ comp as well. Want your company and your client shown as additional insureds? Say so, and that certificate is back with you inside one business day.
No one on a Reno Cleaning Co crew sets foot in a building on your list until a background check has cleared them, and every crew wears our uniform. Some properties go further, asking for their own screening, issuing badges at the security desk or requiring a chaperone into server rooms and other locked areas. Those rules are followed on every visit to that address.
When a ticket comes in.
Your dispatchers keep using their own work-order software, whatever brand it is, and we work right inside it. Tickets are taken, updated and closed in the place your dispatch team already watches.
An urgent ticket draws a response from us the same day. Urgent phone calls get answered late at night and on weekends as well, so an overflowing sink in a warehouse breakroom on a Sunday has somebody to call. Routine messages are answered inside one business day.
Think of each ticket’s not-to-exceed amount as our spending fence. A cleanup that would cross it pauses, and nothing more is spent until you approve the overage.
When the work is done.
Crews log the arrival and the departure for each visit to each building. When a tenant or a client asks whether the cleaners came, that log is the record you check.
Once an urgent ticket or a single-visit job is complete, you get photos or a completion note showing it’s finished. For ongoing service, our supervisors complete quality inspections and send you the reports or scores, so you can see how each building is holding up over time.
When the portfolio grows.
Reno Cleaning Co assigns your firm one named account manager, and that person covers every building you place with us. Behind them, the operations manager is on your call sheet as escalation contact number two. Reno Cleaning Co can be reached 24/7.
Adding a group of buildings at the same time is welcome. They’re set up together under one schedule, and accounts payable chooses between a bill for each site and a bill for each ticket; whichever you pick, each bill shows the address along with your work order number.
What you can send us.
Day-to-day service starts with after-hours office cleaning, restroom care and breakroom and kitchen cleaning, plus day porters for lobbies and restrooms during business hours. Distribution buildings and plants can add warehouse and distribution cleaning to the same account.
One-time and periodic tickets go on the same account: floor and carpet care, restroom deep cleaning, disinfection and sanitizing, post-construction cleaning and move-in and move-out cleaning when a tenant leaves or arrives. Any of our other commercial cleaning services can be routed to us the same way.
Your first walkthrough.
Send an address and Reno Cleaning Co walks the building within two business days. Recurring visits begin within a week of that walk, with the visit schedule, access rules and cleaning list settled during that walk.
To begin, use the contact page, name the FM firm you work for and ask us for the packet. Operations emails it to you, and the walkthrough date is set from there.
A few useful answers
Common questions
Do you take buildings in Sparks and nearby towns?
Yes. Along with Reno, buildings in Sparks, Spanish Springs, Sun Valley and Verdi can go on the same account and the same schedule.
Can a national facility management company contract with Reno Cleaning Co?
Yes. A national FM company can sign directly with us, and so can a regional one, and the paperwork, insurance certificate and account setup are the same for both.
What does your certificate of insurance include?
It lists our general liability limits, $1M an occurrence and $2M in aggregate, along with the umbrella policy, and names your firm and its client as additional insureds whenever you ask. Turnaround is one business day.
What happens when a job would run over the ticket’s limit?
Nothing extra gets spent. We halt at the not-to-exceed amount and go past it only after you sign off on the added cost.
How will we know the crew showed up?
The visit log shows when the crew got in and when it left, every time. Urgent and one-off work also ends with photos or a short completion note, and you receive the supervisor’s inspection reports or scores as well.
